7u7ai Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7u7ai ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These terms apply to all use of the 7u7ai website, mobile browser experience, and any related services made available to you through the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 7u7ai platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 7u7ai reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated via the website.

To register and use a 7u7ai account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

7u7ai reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until eligibility is confirmed.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at 7u7ai. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful:

• Your account must be registered in your own true and legal name. Fictitious names or names belonging to third parties are not permitted.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid number that you personally own and control. This number will be used for account verification and security purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 7u7ai staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 7u7ai support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.

7u7ai reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed, and balances held pending the outcome of the verification process.

7u7ai supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions at 7u7ai are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the 7u7ai account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses before funds can be released.
• 7u7ai reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold.

7u7ai does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. 7u7ai is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees. All transactions on the 7u7ai platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

7u7ai may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus or promotional offer will have its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover), minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These are published with each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, device, and IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts being reviewed for fraud.

• Free spins credited to your account will expire if not used within the period specified in the associated promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reissued.

In the event of a discrepancy between a bonus displayed on the 7u7ai website and the specific promotion terms document, the specific promotion terms document shall prevail. Players are encouraged to read the terms of any promotion in full before opting in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7ai platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or the names of others, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

7u7ai monitors platform activity continuously. Players found to be in violation of this section will have their accounts suspended immediately, pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including pending withdrawals), and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in game outcomes caused by factors outside 7u7ai's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 7u7ai's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 7u7ai's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7u7ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 5.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 7u7ai, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading verification documents.
• A player's request for self-exclusion. In such cases, the account will be suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period and reactivation requests will be subject to a cooling-off period.
• 7u7ai's determination, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a legal, reputational, or security risk to the platform or other players.

Upon permanent account closure initiated by 7u7ai for breach of these terms, any remaining balance in the account (including bonus balances and funds subject to wagering requirements) will be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirement amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

7u7ai collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on this website and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 7u7ai.
